napoli meets urban eats

napoli meets urban eats ...
...only at tidbit bistro

Neapolitan cuisine reflects the influences of the various civilizations that have, over the centuries, controlled Naples and its kingdoms, such as that of Spain and France. The contributions and fantasy of the Neapolitan people has been extremely important in further developing an autonomous culinary culture. Neapolitan cuisine has a balance between dishes based on rural ingredients (pasta, vegetables, cheese) and seafood dishes (fish, crustaceans, mollusks). The dishes presented in this Urban Eats are inspired by our recent culinary journey to Naples and, with the exception of the risotto, are all traditional Neapolitan dishes.

tidbit participates in the New Urban Eats

We are very excited to announce that from January 4 through January 29, 2009, tidbit will participate in the New Urban Eats program. New Urban Eats features Seattle restaurants, "which have opened in the last three years are independent concepts, have received a major daily review of ‘two stars’ or better on average (or are too new to have been reviewed), and whose dinner price points skew slightly above mid-range". For mor info on the program check the Seattle Times webpage.

The New Urban Eats menu will be available from Monday through Thursday. For $ 30.00 you can pick one item from “tapas & antipasti”, one from the “entrees” and one from “desserts”.

See you in January for the New Urban Eats!
