3 exciting grappas to try at tidbit!

Yes, our grappa flight has three new characters. And as always the *cello flight is still available!

grappa flight $15.

Our first, from the Bertagnolli distillers comes this grappa, which they have named "grappino". It's made from the pomace of Teroldego and Chardonnay grapes which come from the Trento region in Italy. It is a harmonious full-bodied grappa with slightly fruity aftertaste.

The second is has a slightly different name - marc - but, in essence, it is the same as grappa, only traditionally made in France. This marc, made from Gewürtzraminer grapes, in the classic Alsatian style, comes from Clear Creek Distillery in Oregon. This floral to earthy jump in flavor is a true tribute to French marc made in the new world.

Our third grappa comes from one of the oldest producers of grappa, the Poli distillery. This is their Poli di Merlot, from merlot grapes from Veneto. With a smell of hyacinth and must, this refined grappa leaves your mouth with a warming, satisfying and vigorous sensation.

*cello flight $15.
