Your anniversary dinner may come only once a year, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make a romantic evening out of someone else’s. Tidbit, the small Italian/Spanish tapas spot on the quiet north end of Capitol Hill, has just reached its one-year milestone and is ready to celebrate. “It seems like the year went by really quickly,” says co-owner John van Deinse. In honor of the restaurant’s accomplishments (including becoming certified by the Green Restaurant Association), he’ll be offering everyone dessert on the house on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Sounds to us like a good excuse for a date night.
