04/08 Easter week European Style at tidbit bistro

Partake in “Pasqua 2009,” April 8-12 with a prix fixe dinner and Easter brunch! Savor Easter the European way. From April 8 to 12, feast on a three-course, $30 dinner menu: Huevos Rellenos, Spanish deviled eggs with chorizo, mayonnaise, and smoked paprika; Cordero a la Plancha, marinated leg of lamb grilled and served with herbed potato cake; and Pastiera Napoletana, a traditional tart filled with ricotta cheese and candied orange pieces. A la carte brunch on April 12, features Frittata Arrotolata, three eggs rolled and filled with ricotta, béchamel, ham and mozzarella, Tortilla Española, a classic omelet with onion and potatoes, served with fresh fruit, and fun Benedicts such as Spanish, Italian (with Parma prosciutto). Kids’ menus are available, as are vegetarian and gluten-free options. tidbit is located at 2359 10th Avenue East, Seattle.
