A coccio of gnocchi baked with a gorgonzola cream sauce

Marinated leg of lamb grilled served with herbed potato cake, whole grain mustard allioli and olive tapenade

White Profiterole
A pastry puff filled with chocolate mousse and covered with white chocolate
