Fundraiser for Ryanne - Update!

continued... special fundraiser for Ryanne at tidbit!

We made it!

Our friend Ryanne, who was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease in early December, was delivered a new and shiny MacBook last Sunday January 30^th. More about our fundraiser can be found on our previous post by clicking here.

We would like to take a moment and thank all our guest who dined at tidbit anytime between January 9^th and January 13^th. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to raise $1,300. In addition to the MacBook, Ryanne is getting also a check. Ryanne has generously offered this check to her mom to help her pay some of the out of pocket expenses.

We were hoping to post a picture of Ryanne with her new MacBook. Unfortunately, this week Ryanne is not feeling well enough to get a picture taken. We will keep you posted and hopefully you will find some nice photos soon.

We will give you more updates about how Ryanne is doing in the next few days! Thank you for your support, we really appreciate it!

tidbit at the Ferrari Dealership to help Virginia Mason

John and Nic spent the evening of March 11, 2009 at the Ferrari dealership for a fundraiser for the Virginia Mason's 18th Annual Dreambuilders' Ball.

Here John is talking with one of the attendees, and Nic was able to take a quick shot.

We served two small bites. The first was our involtini di bresaola, filled with arugula, fennel and parmesan. The second was a twist on the old classic... a pesto potato crocche.

This was what was left on the table.....

We always do what we can to help out a good cause.
