New dishes in January 2011!



Starting in January, many new dishes will be available at tidbit!

Cordero a la Plancha Grilled Lamb
Marinated leg of lamb grilled served with herbed potato cake, whole grain mustard allioli and olive tapenade 24.


Paella Baked Saffron Rice
30 minutes, 2 person minimum, prices are per person

Made with Calasparra rice and
Spanish saffron in the traditional paellera
MIXTA shellfish, chorizo, red pepper, chicken, peas 25.
VEGETARIANA eggplants, peas, mixed vegetables 22.


Banderillas con Fiocco Pasta Skewers
Four bite sized skewers with marinated olive, pepper and fiocco pasta filled with porcini mushrooms 10.


Maltagliati alla Bolognese Pasta with Meat
Fresh had-cut pasta with tomato, ground beef and lamb 16.

New Year, New Happy Hour at $1


New Year, New Happy Hour!

Yes, it’s time to shake up our Happy Hour.

Starting in January 2011, Tidbit Bistro is going to offer something

great, fun, and crazy!

In 2010, we introduced the rotating dishes and drinks for our Happy Hour. Depending on the day, you can get different dishes and different drinks, but....

in 2011, things get even better! We are starting the year off with a bang!

First, the hours of the operations will be longer. Our Happy Hour will start at 4 pm and last until 6 pm and....it will restart again from 9 pm until we close. As usual it will be available from Sunday through Friday.

Second, there will be more tables. Happy Hour will be now served at the bar for parties of 3 people or less but if you come with a party larger than 3 people, you can choose to have a table in the dining room. Also, if the bar gets full, you can get a table in the dining room.

Finally, the prices! Those will really make anybody happy!

All of our well drinks with gin, vodka, or rum will be available for just $1 and our white house wine and red house wine will be available for just $1.

Yes, that is ONE dollar!

tidbit at the GSBA TASTE

The TASTE of GSBA was a grand success and tidbit was proud to help another great cause! On November 22, 2008 tidbit was at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Seattle to sponsor this event.

This event had the goal to raise funds for the GSBA scholarship and the Fund-A-Scholar part of the TASTE (where you raise your paddle directly for donations) raised over $50,000. There is still time for donations through the GSBA webpage. You can find more for the GSBA Scholarship Fund online at thegsba.org.
