Seattle Restaurant Week UPDATE - April 2011

It is Seattle Restaurant Week!

Dine out and celebrate the spring run of Seattle Restaurant Week, April 10-21, 2011 (excluding dinner on Fridays and Saturdays). Curious about our menu? You can find it on the Seattle Times or, with a few more descriptions on our previous post.

Make your reservation to Tidbit Bistro and enjoy a three-course dinner for just $28 or a three-course lunch for $15. With over 150 restaurants participating, this is one of the biggest event for restaurants in Seattle.

Some reasons why you want to choose us? Here they are:

Our popular Caesar salad will be on the Seattle Restaurant Week menu. Our Caesar was recently voted as “best salad” on the Seattle Magazine Readers’ Choice April 2011 edition.

We offer FREE 90 minute parking. Our parking is underground in the Harvard Market. That’s a big bonus on Capitol Hill!

We have many vegetarian choices on both our Seattle Restaurant Week menus and on our regular lunch and dinner menus.

We have a full VEGAN menu just for Seattle Restaurant week. Ask for our additional vegan menus.

We are OPEN on Mondays during Seattle Restaurant Week. We will be open Monday April 11th and Monday April 18th.

Happy Easter! April 24th, 2011

Easter falls on April 24th this year, and to celebrate we are going to host a very special Easter brunch! We will be open from 10 am until 3 pm. This is going to be a very special brunch because it will be the first of a long series....

Okay, you know this: we are not too good at keeping a secret. So, do you want to be the first to hear some exciting news? Back by popular demand, we will be opening for weekend brunch starting Saturday, April 30th! Every Saturday and Sunday! Now that’s exciting news.

Of course, we will have a fun kids' menu, many vegetarian and vegan options, and gluten free options...we are still working on the details: we are still testing potatoes, sauces, and few more things. So, if you have any suggestions for us, please let us know! More details are coming soon! For now, here is a sample, draft of our brunch menu:

Dining Out For LIFE 2011!

Dine Out. Save a LIFE!


Tidbit will take part for the third year in the 18th annual Dining Out for Life, one of Seattle’s favorite ways to fight AIDS. The last Thursday of April, over 150 restaurants from across the region, including tidbit, come together in support of the fight against HIV and AIDS.

What do you have to do? Just dine out with us on Thursday, April 28th, and we will donate a portion of our daily sales, including food, beverage, and alcohol, to Lifelong AIDS Alliance. Proceeds from Dining Out for Life help to feed those living with chronic illness in the Puget Sound region. Services include pickup and delivery of nutritious meals and groceries, housing assistance, medical insurance coverage, and counseling services. So, come see us April 28th.

RED, WHITE, UNITE! A benefit for Japan!

On April 6th, 2011 tidbit bistro is joining some of Seattle’s finest restaurants to benefit disaster relief in Japan after their devastating earthquake. On this date, tidbit will donate 10% of its sales to Peace Winds America for disaster relief in Japan.

Just to remind you, we are now located in central Capitol Hill, in the Harvard Market. Our address is 1401 Broadway 1401, intersection of Broadway and Union It is the spot formerly occupied by 'La Spiga'.
We offer FREE PARKING for 90 minute and our garage is underground. The entry of the garage is between Pike and Union and you can park in any of stalls with the label 'Harvard Market' (when you enter the parking, these spots will be on your right).
